Job Overview As a Digital Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of contacts, ensuring that our customers receive the most efficient and effective "Best in Class" customer service. You will use excellent communication skills and phone techniques to resolve customer inquiries and issues, while contributing to department Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals and meeting individual SLA goals.
