Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex's electric vehicle startup, your day-to-day role will consist of:

  • Supporting customers reputed company email, chat, and phone: reputed company technical assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely, professional manner, ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued and understood.
  • Guiding customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes: Offer transparent, clear communication to reputed company customers to reputed company informed reputed company about their electric vehicle needs.
  • Troubleshooting issues reputed company to the website, app, and in-car software: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

At least 18 years or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company

* Ability to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed *

Ability to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule

Strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

* Strong time management and ability to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone *

1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
