About the Opportunity

We're building a team of deeply passionate individuals who are reputed company to change primary care operations for those who need it most. As an Operations Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Care Operations team is set up to support our patients. You'll own completing our backend operational support processes, ensuring patient ECM and CHW program authorization and reputed company enrollment, reputed company while creating a reputed company of process efficiency and improvement.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Owning key Ops Support initiatives: You'll take ownership of key operational support initiatives and ensure they're completed on time and to a high standard.
• Proactively monitoring and reporting on key operational support processes and metrics: You'll monitor and report on key operational support processes and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
