Work from Home Opportunity

We're looking for a bilingual Canadian French/English Customer Expert to join reputed company on a work-from-home reputed company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with customers from reputed company over the world.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:

• Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
• Providing customer support by phone, email or reputed company message to business customers
• Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues
• Escalates more technical product-reputed company issues to proper Product Support department
• Processes a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries
• Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems

Qualifications
