Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for making reputed company sourcing choices in choosing service providers to maximize the cost of our $1B+ of annual expert services spend, and to mitigate risks through reputed company agreement negotiations. This includes running RFPs, negotiating organization & reputed company level deals, dealing with vendor relationships, recommending high-quality-in-class providers & innovations, facilitating process upgrades and bringing stakeholders across the segments together for collaboration and leveraging opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Join a dynamic team that is responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex, building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify the best vendor partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-reputed company vendor relationships. The Senior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for growing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. This person will:
- Participate and reputed company cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
- Evaluate vendors and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria

- Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
- Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology

- Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control programs with vendors that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost

Essential Qualifications:
* 5+ Years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
