Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company inbound and outbound service and sales telephone interactions, addressing a variety of customer inquiries, including:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience (Required)
• Demonstrated contact center experience and knowledge considered a plus
