Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and teammates alike. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and proactively approaching them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Serving as the primary customer service provider at the reputed company end and liaison between customers and management
- Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through reputed company transactions
- Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
