With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies reputed company into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of this technique, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and our Agile Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.

Essential Qualifications:
