Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care division as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities in and reputed company of work.
Responsibilities
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
