Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Business Analyst to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of those solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct pre-and post-examination of business programs, key projects, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Investigate the execution of various pilot projects, following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
- Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models
- Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and reputed company solutions to address them
- Proactively seek out patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth
- Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and systems to drive business growth and improvement
- Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or measurement
- Experience in Management Consulting or Design Thinking highly preferred

- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or reputed company Power BI

- Understanding of Financial and Operating Performance Reporting
