Job Summary

As a Medical Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to medical professionals and their patients through our live chat platform. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions about our products and services, and providing guidance on how to utilize our technology effectively. Responsibilities
