Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their reputed company plans and reputed company informed reputed company about their medical care. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to questions, and providing solutions to reputed company problems. Requirements

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • PC proficiency in reputed company-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or higher
