Role: Digital Business Analyst – Marketing & Web Platforms Job Summary: The Digital Business Analyst acts as the link between marketing and technical teams, translating business needs into effective digital solutions. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting website enhancements and migration to Azure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The analyst also supports testing, documentation, and process improvements to enhance marketing website operations

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and the development team.
• Understand and document the marketing roadmap, campaigns, and business priorities.

• Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support reputed company website migration to Azure, including Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure marketing approvals.
• Maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and website functionalities.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to improve efficiency in marketing website operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, e-reputed company, or website management.
• Strong understanding of reputed company CMS and web content management workflows.
• Experience working with digital marketing teams and campaign management.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with reputed company Azure environments and website migration concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
