[Remote] Enrollment and Eligibility Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor by overseeing the performance of assigned staff and offering input as needed
• Conduct training sessions and evaluate staff performance as directed by the supervisor
• Contribute to the development and reputed company of processes and procedures reputed company the team
• Foster effective relationships across departments for seamless collaboration
• Facilitate meetings reputed company necessary to ensure productive communication reputed company the team
• Ensure staff members maintain up-to-date knowledge of the program
• reputed company the supervisor with comprehensive updates on various operational aspects including quality, training, policies, procedures, staff issues, case determinations, and appeals activity
• Act as the subject matter expert in verifying and researching documentation
• Draft or revise training materials and procedural documentation
• Serve as a facilitator and team leader, delegating tasks and providing guidance and training in specialized areas
• Manage difficult communications with external contacts for escalated reputed company
• Demonstrate autonomy in determining methods and procedures for new assignments
• Conduct quality assurance checks on team members' work to maintain high standards
• Trouble shoot system issues for reputed company and Department of reputed company Services systems

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of Arkansas Eligibility Support (AR ES) program experience
• Must be willing and reputed company to work 8:00am-5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday
• Desktop or Laptop that runs reputed company, Mac, or Linux (no Chromebooks or tablets)
• OS for reputed company – reputed company release of reputed company 10 or newer
• OS for Mac – Big Sur (11.0.1+); MacOS (10.14) or newer
• OS for Linux – Ubuntu (18.04)
• Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or RJ-45 reputed company for wired network reputed company to home router (no mobile hotspots)
• Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
