Role Description reputed company is seeking a remote Diagnostics Recruiter to join reputed company!

• Manage the end-to-end reputed company process in the identification and assessment of reputed company talent using creative and proactive methods for approximately 50-70 requisitions at any given time.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience using creative sourcing techniques, with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent.
• Proven ability to deliver against the following metrics: time-to-fill, retention, number of positions filled, and diversity of candidate slates.

• Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
