Position: Personal Learning / Career Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$55–$75/hour Location:Remote Role Responsibilities
- Build long-horizon career and study tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
- reputed company scenarios for career artifacts ensuring every claim traces back to reputed company work history.
- Create interview prep materials using verified background files and competency lists.
- Construct study plans respecting exam-date and hours-available constraints.
- Work on challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of focus.
- Collaborate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or similar.
- Expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, reputed company optimization, interview prep frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, or major standardized exam prep.
- Comfortable with creating and reading career/learning artifacts: tailored resumes, interview prep packets, study plans, content summaries.
- Clear written communication skills to reputed company reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
