Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Applicant) – Part-Time / Remote

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented "California licensed" Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Applicant) to join reputed company on a part-time, remote reputed company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to reputed company for injured workers by managing claims, conducting legal research, and preparing compelling legal documents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about workers’ rights and possess strong negotiation and litigation skills to effectively represent our clients. Bilingual English / Spanish speaker preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims from inception through resolution, ensuring timely progression of each case
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as reputed company and Westlaw to support case strategies
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence with clients and opposing parties
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and other stakeholders to secure favorable reputed company for clients
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with reputed company procedural requirements
- Communicate reputed company with clients to reputed company them informed about case developments and legal options
- Collaborate with the legal team to reputed company case strategies and prepare for hearings or trials reputed company necessary
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction with experience in workers’ compensation law
- Proven ability in litigation, negotiation, and legal drafting reputed company a law office setting
- Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, reputed company, and other legal research platforms
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail in legal administrative documentation
- Experience with legal research tools and case management software is preferred
