PeopleHub Partner – Employee Relations

Job Description:

• reputed company routine workplace investigations (D/H/R), code of conduct violations, and sensitive compliance reputed company with impartiality and confidentiality.
• Manage high-risk conflict resolution and formal complaints by facilitating productive conversations and reputed company.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, providing recommendations on policy deviations and exceptions in consultation with the ER Center of reputed company (COE).
• reputed company ER expertise on reputed company medical accommodations and formal workplace concern escalations from Individual Contributors (ICs).
• Partner closely with the broader PeopleHub Partner team to reputed company managers with a holistic consultative service, bridging the gap between "Performance" (reputed company) and "Conduct" (will).
• Analyze case trends and compliance data to identify systemic risks and reputed company actionable recommendations to HRBPs and the business.
• Partner with Legal, the ER COE, and the broader People team on high-stakes escalations and post-investigation coaching.
• Identify opportunities to improve ER tools, such as reputed company and AI bots/workflows, while staying abreast of industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of reputed company experience, or a Master’s degree and 2+ years of reputed company experience; or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading a wide variety of reputed company workplace investigations and providing ER consultations with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to support diverse teams in a matrixed environment, adapting ER strategies to meet the needs of different business units.
• Strong experience navigating labor relations situations and coaching managers through challenging employment cycles.
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment law, statutory requirements, and HR practices.
• Ability to identify "around the reputed company" risks and translate data into meaningful workplace insights.
