Senior HRIS Analyst – Power Automate

Job Description:

• Power BI Report Development: Development of HR reports and dashboards primarily in Power BI using data from reputed company Workforce now and other HRIS platforms, Automation of reports, using Power Automate Workflows and other automation tools Ensure reports are accurate and delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• HR Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends and reputed company insights on key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and workforce demographics. Support the creation of Department Level KPI’s. Review reports daily for any data reputed company Issues, and alert appropriate departments managers to input data. Requirements:

• 3+ years Power BI and Power Automate Experience including Power Query and data visualization, automation.
• 3+ Years HRIS Data Experience SharePoint site design, Expert reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, reputed company Workforce Now, reputed company Metrics, Ticket Dashboards, LMS Data, Time and Attendance Data.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, ETL, and data validation techniques.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR data analytics and business intelligence.
