Overview

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for providing data entry and support as a part of the HRIS function and works with multiple stakeholders and users to ensure data reputed company. This coordinator will assist with HCM to S3 (Lawson) reputed company processes, inputting data and may prepare and run reports and assist with mass data loading. May participate in system upgrades, conversions and testing. reputed company Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS team
  • Inputs data into the HCM and Lawson systems. Handles data entry of daily tasks that are updated in the HCM and Lawson systems
  • Ensures accuracy and quality assurance
  • May participate in the HCM to Lawson reputed company to insure HRIS data reputed company following established workflows
  • reputed company user support, reviews data issues, and collaborates with team members for resolution
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits teams and other stakeholders
  • Conducts routine audits and assessments to identify gaps and inefficiencies, may propose and participates in solutions for optimization
  • Participates as a liaison between the Payroll, Finance, Benefits and the reputed company members on a daily reputed company, assists with system administration, projects, auditing, reporting, analysis, benefits updates, data loads, etc.
  • Performs history corrections as requested or as needed
  • May reputed company HCM and Lawson field set up procedures
  • Researches problems and errors and resolves data issues
  • Completes other special projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications / Experience

  • 1 – 2 years of general work experience
  • Experience with data entry into HR systems
  • Minimum of high school diploma. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or reputed company certification (such as HRIP) is preferred
  • Previous experience using Lawson or reputed company based HRIS system is preferred, with emphasis in reputed company and benefits administration
  • Prefer previous experience in reputed company department that provides knowledge of talent reputed company, regulations, and employee reputed company
  • Excellent computer skills including intermediate to advanced reputed company (and reputed company Office Suites)
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent ability to attend to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills (verbal/written)
  • Ability to extract data and understand how the data is being used is preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in reputed company oriented environment
