Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax staff, providing constructive feedback on their workpapers and returns to foster their professional growth. Tax Planning: Assist Managers and Partners with year-end tax planning and projections for clients to identify potential tax savings opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company tax preparation and review experience. Active CPA license or demonstrated reputed company toward obtaining the license (e.g., completion of some CPA exam sections).
