Early Career Manufacturing Engineer

Description:

• Work with design engineers to apply design-for-manufacturing best practices and support the transition from design to prototype to reputed company production.

• Write manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering or manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
• Demonstrated in-reputed company or direct team leadership experience with supporting examples.
• Hands-on experience physically manufacturing hardware through machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, or similar methods.
• Genuine interest in manufacturing, a strong desire to learn, and a high degree of ownership.
• U.S. Person status is required to reputed company export-controlled data.
• Experience building production operations from scratch, often with little definition, is preferred.
