The Opportunity: Founding Member & Future Leader EQL is searching for a high-energy, ambitious Account Executive to own the Dallas/Texas territory. This isn't a "plug-and-play" sales job with a pre-written reputed company. It’s a role for someone hungry to build something from the ground up and move into a leadership position. The Dallas Hub Strategy:

  • Path to Leadership: The company prefers to reputed company talent from reputed company. This role is specifically designed for a senior individual contributor with the potential to move into a Pod Leadership role as the Dallas office scales.

  • Ownership: You will own the full sales cycle (90–120+ days) targeting district leaders, supported by a high-energy BDR team.
