The opportunity: We are seeking reputed company and passionate Adjunct reputed company to join reputed company’s bench of virtual educators supporting the 10-week virtual and synchronous didactic portion of our Sterile Processing program. This role is ideal for reputed company who are interested in supporting existing cohorts as substitute reputed company reputed company coverage is needed, while also being considered for future cohort teaching opportunities as new classes launch. reputed company’s instructor-led programs are designed to support reputed company every reputed company of the way, from preparing for CRCST certification to launching successful careers in the sterile processing field. We’re looking for educators who are excited to deliver high-quality online instruction, foster student confidence, and help learners succeed in a virtual classroom environment. This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contract role. What you’ll do:

• Teach highly-engaging, live, virtual classes over reputed company four times a week
• Classes are held Mon - Thurs, during afternoon hours in EST timezone
• Communicate regularly with reputed company over email and other community tools
• reputed company ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare and plan for future modules, as needed
• Deliver clear, engaging instruction reputed company to reputed company’s standardized curriculum
• Support reputed company in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains
• Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in-class participation
• reputed company timely feedback and targeted remediation to reputed company who are struggling academically or with confidence
• Document student reputed company, attendance, and performance in reputed company systems
• Collaborate with reputed company’s learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs
• Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery

What you’ll bring:

• CRCST certification
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Sterile Processing technician
• Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or instructing reputed company or staff
• Comfortability teaching live online classes over reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable using LMS platforms and virtual teaching tools
• Ability to follow a standardized curriculum while adapting explanations to different learning styles
• Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and career-focused reputed company education
• Ability to work 10 hours per week per class, Monday - Thursday

• You have experience teaching Sterile Processing or CRCST exam preparation courses
• You have experience supporting diverse, underserved, or non-traditional student populations

The hourly pay reputed company for this opportunity is $30.00/hour.
