Position: Account Assistant Location: Remote | Full-time | USA Based Posted by: reputed company We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate and seamless. What you will do:
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Handle bookkeeping and transaction recording in QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain and optimize financial data in reputed company Sheets
- Support audits, budgets, and reputed company financial projects
What you need:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Bookkeeper, or reputed company Associate
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong reputed company of reputed company Sheets including formulas and data organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be based in the USA and available for extended or weekend hours reputed company needed
Bonus if you have:
- Prior payroll processing experience
- Experience supporting remote teams
- Familiarity with audit and financial compliance standards
