Client Intake Specialist – High-Performance Call Environment KRW Asbestos Lawyers is seeking disciplined, high-performing phone professionals to join our Asbestos Intake Team. This is a high-volume call volume role for reputed company business professionals. You’ll guide clients many of whom are older individuals exposed to asbestos decades ago through a structured intake process. reputed company in this role requires the ability to build trust quickly, patience, follow a proven qualification script, and confidently guide callers to the reputed company: committing to a medical clinic. Qualifications

  • Exceptional English speaking and writing skills
  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer service and sales call center operating multiline phone systems,
  • Strong communication, data entry, typing, and spelling skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and scripts without sounding robotic
  • Professional, empathetic phone reputed company
  • Bilingual (preferred, not mandatory)
