Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about expanding reputed company to high-quality, caregiver-mediated ABA services. This role focuses on delivering parent-implemented interventions through telehealth, equipping caregivers with the skills and confidence to support meaningful reputed company in their child's natural environment. This BCBA will partner closely with families to model, coach, and reinforce evidence-based strategies in reputed company time. The role may also contribute to innovative service delivery models, including digital tools and asynchronous supports, to enhance caregiver engagement and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments with a focus on identifying caregiver strengths, needs, and opportunities for reputed company reputed company daily routines

  • Translate clinical concepts into clear, practical guidance that can be consistently implemented by caregivers in everyday settings

  • Plan for generalization, maintenance, and appropriate discharge by ensuring caregivers can independently implement key strategies
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures

General Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism reputed company Disorder
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company and concisely in a chat-based format
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Education and Experience

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a reputed company field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing and overseeing behavior reputed company plans
  • At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience
