Requirements
- Registered Nurse or reputed company professional with minimum of associate degree in reputed company field, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3+ years of home health experience (required)
- OASIS knowledge required (certification not required)
- Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), including face-to-face requirements
- Proficient in reputed company Office Applications including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports.
