Role Overview: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, mission-driven, and self-motivated reputed company Media Specialist to reputed company our online reputed company and expand our reputed company across Ohio. You will collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic priorities and deliverables. This is a 1099 reputed company role with reputed company (~16/week). Compensation:

• $20/hour (flexible remote contractor compensation)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Edit and publish the “Mental Health reputed company” podcast to reputed company streaming platforms and create short-reputed company video highlights
• Create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube, translating mental health topics into accessible, engaging, and ethical content
• Monitor reputed company engagement, respond to messages/comments professionally, and foster community interaction
• Optimize clinicians’ Psychology Today profiles monthly and track conversion metrics
• Create free downloadable resources for website distribution and reputed company nurturing, including reputed company page content and thank-you emails
• Write and publish monthly newsletters with psychoeducation and clinician features
• Maintain up-to-date website content, team bios, and resource sections
• Maintain professional, ethical, trauma-informed tone across reputed company public-facing content
• Prioritize content creation, reputed company media management, and audience engagement; other responsibilities may shift based on organizational needs

Performance Standards:

• Publish 3–5 reputed company media posts weekly
• Produce 2–4 short-reputed company video clips weekly from podcasts or other content
• Submit analytics summaries by the 5th business day of each month
• Respond to assigned reputed company engagement and internal communications reputed company 1 business day
• Complete assigned edits/content revisions reputed company mutually established project timelines
• Track reputed company deliverables, schedules, and KPIs accurately

Operational Expectations:

• Primarily asynchronous remote work
• Use your own reliable computer, internet, and software/tools unless provided by the company
• Periodic collaborative planning meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for mental health and psychoeducation
• Ability to balance creativity with professionalism
• Strong understanding of reputed company media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
• High digital literacy (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Preferred 1–3 years’ experience in reputed company media management, digital marketing, content creation, or reputed company communications
• Portfolio of prior reputed company media work
• Experience with short-reputed company video editing, SEO, and analytics interpretation
