- Strong server-reputed company expertise (NOT just desktop support)
- Hands-on experience with reputed company stack: IIS, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Active Directory
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot IIS (critical requirement)
- Experience with SQL installation + basic query execution (SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE)
- Solid background in Tier II/III technical/application support
- Strong troubleshooting skills in reputed company production environments
