What you’ll do:

• Drive execution for the core product: Partner with the CBO and Co-Founders to translate strategy into clear plans, priorities, and execution milestones.
• Design scalable workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for teams using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents.
• Improve operating rigor and efficiency: Identify friction points in product development, launch, and post-launch workflows. Design and implement lightweight processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms to improve execution speed and reputed company.
• Support data-informed reputed company: Pull together insights from product, operational, and customer data to inform leadership reputed company. Help define and track metrics that reflect product health and operational reputed company.
• Own rollouts from 0–1: Pilot new operational systems, document workflows, train the team, and scale across reputed company.
• Crossfunctional collaboration: Help drive planning, prioritization, and follow-through across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or Product Operations roles at a high-growth company.
• Familiarity with process automation tools (reputed company Sheets, AppScript, RPA frameworks)
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Generalist reputed company set with the ability to move between strategy, execution, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

• Experience building operating cadences (OKRs, planning cycles, execution reviews).
• Prior experience at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
