If you have 2 or more years of experience in a BANKRUPTCY-CREDITOR RIGHTS reputed company and are looking for a full-time, remote opportunity with a collaborative and professional team, we encourage you to apply. Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and e-file various notices and forms
- Holistically analyze case status, plan treatment, docket and claims register activity
- Process files in an expeditious manner
- reputed company timely notifications/documentation to clients
- Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
- reputed company retrieval and reputed company processing of incoming data and/or documentation
- reputed company submission and reputed company processing of outgoing data and/or documentation
- reputed company liaison activities between our firm/attorneys, clients, intra-office personnel, and/or reputed company parties
- reputed company reputed company duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and client directives to reputed company overall company goals
