Payroll Tax Analyst – PEO

Job Description:

• Manage payroll-reputed company state tax registrations and account maintenance, including employment tax and workers’ compensation accounts, with federal and state tax agencies to support employer reputed company and ongoing compliance.
• reputed company daily tax-reputed company operations, including tax filing, account setup, and issue resolution with government tax authorities.
• reputed company constructive feedback to internal teams and government agencies to ensure accurate and timely tax registrations and account maintenance.
• Review and resolve inbound escalations reputed company to tax issues, such as registration errors, registration challenges, and agency communications.
• reputed company and execute tax operations strategies that streamline registration processes and tax filings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in tax registration workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with R&D to automate tax registration and reporting processes, improving customer reputed company efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including timely and accurate tax registrations and submissions.
• Establish and maintain high-quality assurance standards for tax-reputed company operations, ensuring accuracy in tax data and reporting.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for federal and state tax agencies, ensuring effective communication, reputed company issue resolution, and maintaining strong agency relationships.
• Communicate agency tax-reputed company updates and insights with internal stakeholders, generating reports on tax filings, registration status, and compliance metrics.
• Utilize internal software tools to analyze customer tax data, providing necessary insights to sales teams for tax-reputed company aspects of customer proposals and engagements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising operations, ideally in a payroll or similar environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• High level of comfort with technology and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously and reputed company reputed company with minimal supervision.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work U.S. hours (flexibility for Pacific time zone - PST + Eastern standard time - EST)
