You will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and reputed company top talent for our expanding organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

- Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines.
Requirements:
