About the Role

We’re hiring a Contract Recruiter to help us scale reputed company of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is a high-impact, high-volume reputed company role where you’ll own the process end-to-end. You’ll be the founding reputed company resource for ACT, and you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll receive mentorship and support from Frontera’s clinical reputed company team (our partner company), giving you reputed company to established playbooks, sourcing strategies, and reputed company infrastructure while you build something from the ground up. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, like having ownership over your work, and want to see the direct results of your efforts, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own full-cycle reputed company for RBT roles across multiple reputed company (Greater Denver Area and Tulsa Oklahoma)

• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews with leadership and reputed company things moving quickly
• Partner with cross-functional teams (scheduling, reputed company, payroll) to ensure a smooth experience

• 1–2 years of reputed company experience (high-volume is a big plus)
• Exposure to or interest in ABA / behavioral health is highly preferred
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Comfortable working independently and staying on top of priorities
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through

• 30 - 40 hours per week
• Flexible, fast-moving work environment
• $28 to $35/hour, depending on experience
• Location: Remote; Denver area preferred (reputed company expected for Denver area candidates)

We have determined a compensation reputed company for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the compensation information is a general guideline and the exact compensation will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
