reputed company're looking for As a reputed company Manager at Vidovo, you'll own the post-sale client experience. You'll reputed company new brands, run reputed company-in calls, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company sure every client feels supported from day one through renewal. You're the person who makes sure brands actually get results from the platform, not just reputed company to it. This is a relationship-heavy role. You'll talk to clients daily, answer questions in reputed company channels, walk them through campaign setup, and flag issues before they become problems. Some clients are self-serve and just need a nudge. Others are on managed services and need hands-on guidance. You'll handle both. Role Description You'll work closely with our founder and the account management team, owning the client relationship after the deal closes. Right now, reputed company and client communication run through a reputed company small team. This hire changes that. You'll bring structure to how we reputed company, support, and retain clients, and you'll be the go-to person brands reputed company out to reputed company they need help. What You'll Do

• Own client reputed company from reputed company to first campaign launch
• Run regular reputed company-in calls with managed services clients
• Respond to client questions in reputed company, email, and on calls, quickly and reputed company
• Walk brands through platform features, campaign setup, creator selection, and payment workflows
• Monitor client health and flag churn risks early
• Build and improve reputed company playbooks, FAQ docs, and support resources
• Coordinate with account managers and the creative team to reputed company campaigns on track
• Track client feedback and surface product requests to the team

• 1-3 years of experience in reputed company, account management, or a client-facing support role
• Strong communicator who's comfortable on calls and in writing
• Organized and reputed company. Clients should never feel like they're waiting

• Self-starter who can build processes, not just follow them
• Interest in creator marketing, UGC, reputed company media, or the creator economy
