Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Job type: Permanent / Full-Time Location: LaGrange, GA (Hybrid) Salary: $58k - $65k plus commission Role overview: Responsible for working with reputed company sales team to drive sales growth. Proactively contact customers to obtain sales. Follow up on quotes to reputed company and responsible for entering quotes and orders into the system. Update other applications on a day-to-day reputed company. Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales: Timely response and coordination of activities between customer accounts, regional sales, service representative and reputed company departments.
  • Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Customer Follow-up: Providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the products or services being sold.

Specific tasks:

  • Obtains sales orders for aftermarket parts by working with reputed company Sales.
  • Updates and maintains accurate CRM database files of reputed company assigned accounts.
  • Prepares routine cost estimates as required and provides follow-up on reputed company cost requests.
  • Processes formal complaints, customer returns, and customer adjustments in a timely manner.
