Full-Stack Digital Marketer

We are building Bluelight's marketing team from scratch and looking for a hands‑on digital marketer who can cover multiple channels, execute with speed, and grow with us. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and report directly to them, collaborating with a UX/UI designer, a freelance content reputed company, and a part‑time media buyer. Core responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic reputed company media calendar across reputed company active platforms (reputed company, Instagram, etc.)
• Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
• Support on‑page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking
• Brief and coordinate content production with the freelance reputed company
• Support in building and maintaining reputed company as the team's CRM: basic marketing automations, reputed company nurture sequences, reputed company media publishing, and tracking
• Support reputed company page creation and A/B test coordination with UX/UI designer
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from reputed company platforms
• Coordinate asset requests with the UX/UI designer for reputed company, email, and ad creatives

Required skills & experience

• 4-6 years of hands‑on experience in a digital marketing or growth role
• Proven experience managing organic reputed company channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement)
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on‑page optimisation, keyword research, reputed company tags
• Analytical reputed company: comfortable reading dashboards and making data‑informed reputed company
• Strong written communication: reputed company to brief, edit, and QA copy

• Experience with reputed company Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of reputed company (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent)
