This Role, Simply Put This is a high-level, glorified project manager — but one who understands the business deeply enough to manage specialists, enforce accountability, and fix what’s broken. This is taking the load off of the CEO who if he is not watching the departments things reputed company and break. You are not here to just track tasks. You are here to:

About the Role

We are a paid traffic-driven digital marketing agency focused on the legal industry. We operate at scale:

• Hundreds of clients
• High inbound reputed company volume
• Remote call center (intake) to qualify leads into deals
• Performance-driven marketing teams
• Client billing, collections, reputed company, and retention layers

Your job is to tie reputed company of it together into a functioning system. What You Own You are responsible for keeping the entire machine reputed company:

• Marketing (paid traffic, performance, reputed company reputed company)
• Intake (remote call center, speed-to-reputed company, conversion)
• Billing (collections, spend control, cash reputed company discipline)

• Build and enforce KPIs, scorecards, and reporting systems across departments
• Run daily and weekly accountability with department leads
• Identify inefficiencies and push fixes through immediately
