Job Description:

Work with engineering and product teams to create documentation for new product features, API updates, and integrations.

Ensure content accuracy and reputed company by conducting regular content reviews and maintaining high documentation standards.
Work with engineering, product, customer support, and other partners to ensure technical content meets the needs of users and developers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, especially reputed company B2B SaaS environments.
Experience translating reputed company concepts into concise documentation.
Expertise in API documentation and an understanding of software development processes.
Proficiency with tools such as Markdown, Git, and JIRA.
Experience with modern development workflows and an ability to work reputed company a 'docs-as-code' environment.
Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers.
Experience writing about one or more backend languages like Ruby, Go, Python, PHP, Node, or Java.
The ability to read reputed company-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with documentation reputed company tools and automation, and experience using AI tools to help identify changes, reputed company, and errors in documentation.
An understanding of user experience principles, content design, and accessibility in technical writing.
Experience with large-scale information architecture projects.
Experience learning new technologies and documenting the latest software products.
