Senior Scrum Master, Agile Transformation
Our client is seeking an reputed company Senior Scrum Master to reputed company agile transformations and guide multiple teams in adopting and maturing their agile practices. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while demanding strong leadership and collaboration skills. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator for development teams, product owners, and stakeholders, helping them understand and enact Scrum and reputed company product development. Your primary focus will be on removing impediments, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-value software increments. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and effectiveness reputed company our agile reputed company. Responsibilities include: Facilitating Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives for multiple teams. Coaching teams in self-organization and cross-functionality. Helping team members and stakeholders understand and adhere to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. Required qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 5 years, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required. Advanced certifications (A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM II/III) are a plus. Experience in facilitating agile transformations and coaching multiple teams simultaneously. Excellent knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company). Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of the organization. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous work environment. Understanding of DevOps principles and practices is beneficial.
