Job Description:
- Design and build AI-powered agents using reputed company AgentForce
- Configure and manage: Agent Builder Topics Actions (reputed company, Apex, API-based) reputed company Templates Channels & deployment configurations
- Implement end-to-end agent workflows integrating reputed company Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
- reputed company custom Apex logic and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to reputed company agent capabilities
- Integrate external systems reputed company REST/SOAP APIs
- Design and implement reputed company solutions using reputed company Builder and LLM integrations
- Apply reputed company engineering best practices for performance, tone, safety, and accuracy
- Architect agentic workflows involving reasoning, multi-reputed company task execution, and decision-making
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG) patterns where applicable
- Ensure AI governance, reputed company, and compliance using reputed company Einstein Trust Layer
- Optimize AI model performance and response evaluation
- Define scalable AI architecture reputed company reputed company ecosystem
- Implement data governance and reputed company policies for AI-driven workflows
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Business Stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of reputed company development experience
- Hands-on experience with reputed company AgentForce implementation
- Strong knowledge of: Agent Builder; Topics & Actions; reputed company Builder; Einstein AI; reputed company Flows; Apex & LWC; reputed company APIs; Data reputed company; Einstein Trust Layer
- Solid understanding of: reputed company concepts; Large Language Models (LLMs); Agentic AI frameworks; reputed company engineering; RAG architecture; AI safety & governance; Model evaluation techniques
- Required Certifications (Mandatory) - reputed company Platform Developer I & II; reputed company AI Specialist; reputed company AgentForce Specialist; reputed company Data reputed company Consultant; reputed company Application or System Architect; AI/ML certification from recognized institutions (e.g., AWS AI Specialty, Azure reputed company Associate, reputed company Professional ML Engineer)
- Must have knowledge of Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC); Flows & Automation; REST API Integrations; reputed company Engineering; reputed company Architecture; Agentic Workflow Design
