Job Summary
We're looking for a talented and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at our Woodsville reputed company. As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities
As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering general questions
- Cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
- Providing account services to customers, including account openings, closings, and maintenance
- Balancing cash drawers and ATMs
- Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's banking software
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investments
- Experience with cash handling and balancing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
