Job Summary

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing software implementation projects for our Member/Customers. You will reputed company application support, train personnel on the CC&B product, and validate the accuracy of converted data. Your excellent customer service and critical thinking skills will reputed company you to effectively communicate with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.

Work Schedule

We offer a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work from one of our office locations in Lake Saint Louis, MO, or Mandan, ND. You will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from an office location and have the flexibility to work up to five days a week from an office location. The reputed company required day will be determined by you and your supervisor.

Essential Duties

* Assist in coordinating basic software implementation project plans

• Present and reputed company software application usage information and best practices with Member/Customers
• Assist in validating and verifying the accuracy of converted data
• reputed company application support throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with basic level conversion analysis
• Prepare Change Requests (CRs) and follow up through resolution
• reputed company after-hours call support as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred

• Basic level knowledge of the Utility or Telecom industries

• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful business conclusions relevant to Project Management
• Basic level ability to demonstrate initiative and accountability

• Basic level understanding of change management best practices
• Basic level knowledge of Utility/Telecom software and software integrations
• Ability to travel as often as necessary, generally around 10-20% a year, to meet the goals and objectives of the position
