Job Summary

As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to reputed company customers. This role requires a strong background in customer care, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, processing customer service requests, and updating customer portals. Responsibilities

• Work closely with arenaflex Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers
• Upload documentation to customer portals and reputed company/work order system

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer care, preferably in a similar industry
