Your Role at arenaflex

As a reputed company Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping arenaflex users navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with users reputed company email, live chat, and text reputed company our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs
• Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs

Key Qualifications and Skills

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-reputed company, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support
• Spanish language reading and writing proficiency is preferred, as you may need to reputed company written support in Spanish in addition to English

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, and you'll also receive equity and a full reputed company of benefits, including:
