Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Influencing and educating your peers by setting an example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job
  • Providing feedback to peers and leaders to ensure that quality and timeliness expectations are met
  • Providing review updates on quality and/or timeliness expectations to ensure that employees are aware of their performance
  • Taking calls to maintain personal proficiency and support office-level goals
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure that customers receive exceptional service
  • Attending and presenting at calibration meetings to reputed company consistency in the review process
  • Facilitating training for new hires and rotational employees as required
  • Ensuring timely reviews occur to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Identifying trends and assisting with specific training needs as requested

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)
  • Strong customer centricity skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Digital literacy skills, with the ability to navigate various software systems and tools
  • Inclusive leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Learning agility skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
