Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating our Customer Service Department, developing and maintaining key processes to increase customer satisfaction, and driving operational reputed company. You'll work closely with our customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient supply chain management, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and follow the SQF (Safe Quality Food System) guidelines of the food safety system.

Requirements:
