Key Responsibilities

As our Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary post-sales reputed company of contact for a variety of small to reputed company-sized business customers
  • Developing a "one-to-many" approach to drive smart and remarkable results, including conducting webinars on specific topics and using email cadency
  • Utilizing in-depth product and industry knowledge to increase the adoption of arenaflex Acquire
