Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications
• Providing excellent customer service with reputed company, while resolving patients' questions on the reputed company
• Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience

• 6+ months of high call center experience working in reputed company, reputed company, or another application
• Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement (with approved reasonable accommodation)

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone

Training Schedule:

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)

* Minimum: $17.02

• Maximum: $27.16
